Aisling has successfully mediated disputes relating to financial settlements including complex circumstances involving multiple properties, business interest and pensions. “Aisling is without doubt an expert in her field, above all else she is humane, compassionate, fair and an absolutely trustworthy advisor. I trust her professional expertise and judgement completely.”

Collaborative Law – Aisling is often instructed as a Collaborative Lawyer successfully resolving numerous cases using this process over the years. These include cases of all values and complexity both those relating to money or children. She regularly uses this approach to assist the negotiation of prenuptial agreements and post nuptial agreements.“Aisling Collins has been most professional, efficient and understanding, offering excellent advice.”

Resolution TogetherOne of the first to train in this process Aisling will help both parties, acting for both as their lawyer where appropriate and when she has consulted with both clients as to suitability. This results in a cost effective and constructive outcome.  “I’ve really appreciated your sensitive and knowledgeable input Aisling. This was reassuring to us both. I feel it would have been far harder had this process been done separately rather than using Resolution Together.”

Contested Financial Disputes – Aisling is always acting for clients in contested financial disputes. She successfully represents all parties to the correct outcome giving robust and accurate advice as to likely outcome and pursuing this with vigour for her clients. She is incisive and practical at all times and pursues costs orders for clients when litigation is conducted unreasonably by others. Aisling has acted successfully in cases where specialist applications to set aside transactions were necessary due to one party trying to put assets beyond the reach of the court. She has also acted for a business owner successfully limiting the reach of the other party to the value of assets at the time of separation only and where there was a significant increase in the value of a business and property since separation. “Aisling gave clear, concise and informative advice and always kept my best interests at the forefront of her recommendations.”
